How long does each style take?

Timing depends on the style and size you choose. Knotless and box braids typically run 4–7 hours, Senegalese twists 5–8 hours, while micro braids and micro twists can take a full day. We'll confirm an estimate when you book so you can plan comfortably.

How should I prep my hair before my appointment?

Arrive with clean, detangled hair that's fully dry and free of heavy oils or product. If you'd like your hair blow-dried or stretched, let us know in advance. Coming prepped keeps the process smooth and helps your braids last longer.

Do you provide the hair, or should I bring my own?

You're welcome to bring your own hair, or we can source it for you at an added cost. If we're providing it, share your desired color, length, and texture when booking so we have the perfect match ready for your appointment.

How do I care for my braids afterward?

Wrap your hair with a satin scarf or bonnet nightly, moisturize your scalp with a light oil, and gently cleanse every two weeks. Avoid excessive tension and heavy products. With proper care, most styles stay fresh and neat for 6–8 weeks.

What is your cancellation policy?

Yes! If your edges have loosened or you have a few braids that need refreshing, we offer touch-ups and full braid repair to bring your style back to life — no need to start over from scratch.
